When I started my journey as an IMG in Australia, my husband used to say I was scaling a gigantic mountain and that soon I would get to the summit and have the most beautiful view in the world!

I'm Dr Laura - a European-trained, Australian-registered doctor, career coach and educator. And yes, the view is amazing! For many years now, my husband Clancy and I have run community-building, educational & coaching services for international medical graduates that we have now formalised through this dedicated website. We support and prepare IMGs to practice in Australia.

Not long ago, I was exactly where you are now: an IMG with grand ambitions to grow professionally and personally within Australia's renown medical system. Without a doubt, it was one of the hardest things I have ever been through! But, it is possible and I now have first-hand experience in navigating AHPRA and the Australian Medical Council's many complex requirements. We offer you the services and support to succeed.
